Grant application

VLIR-UOS is financially supporting the organisation of the conference.

This enables us to award 20 conference grants to actively contributing participants coming from Vietnam and neighboring countries Cambodia, Laos and Thailand. These grants are composed of:

• Refund of travel costs up to 150 euro (upon proof)
• Conference registration fee waiver
• Accommodation in Guest house of NTU
• Interactive cooking workshop (Tuesday, November 24th, 2015)
• Gala dinner (Wednesday, November 25th, 2015)

Eligibility criteria:

• Citizen of Vietnam and neighboring countries Cambodia, Laos and Thailand
• Active participant through oral or poster presentation
• Young promising researcher of maximum 40 years

Application and selection:

Grant Application should be done simultaneously with abstract submission (see section abstract submission). Applicants have to upload a copy of Identity document (ID), a recent CV and a motivation letter of 1 A4 in English. The motivation letter should state the interest in the conference. Selection of grantees will be done by a selection committee. Applicants will be informed by 1/08/2015 of the selection outcome.
