Abstract submission

The conference will welcome posters and oral presentations.

General Guidelines

• Abstract title must be limited to 30 words.
• The abstract body should contain a maximum of 300 words and must be submitted in English.
• No charts nor graphics should be included in the abstract.
• All confirmed abstracts will be published in the Abstract Book.
• Abstract submissions will only be accepted via the conference website.

Communication of abstract acceptance

• All abstracts will be reviewed by Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified by e-mail of their abstract results. The notification will be sent at the latest by August 1, 2015.
• Abstracts will be allocated to either oral or poster presentation in one of the conference sessions.
